There is no fee for any of these presentations, however the sponsoring organization must pay travel expenses to include: Coach airfare, baggage and other airline fees, lodging, mileage at IRS rates current on the date of presentation or the cost of rent car & gas or other form of transportation and a daily per diem of $60 for meals and other incidentals.
Flight expense to be billed immediately after ticket has been purchased. Client can request that trip cancellation insurance be purchased and billed to them, otherwise cost of airline ticket must be paid in full even should the sponsoring organization cancel the event.
All other expenses listed above will be billed immediately following the even and are due within 15 days of receipt.
Presentation Requirements: Organization agrees to provide a projector and screen for all presentations. Handouts for participants to be printed by sponsoring organization.
